Justice Rekha Mittal's husband S.K mittal an IRS and commissioner income tax was arrested by CBI in prevention of croupption act in nation vide swoop.
Mr S.K Mittal was ex almus of Punjab Engg college of late 80s batch was practicing C.A in punchukulla before opting for IRS service cadre .He was posted in punchkulla and later was transferred to channai and recently to Delhi.
The question now arises that wife being high Court justice of Punjab haryana high Court chandigarh being custodian of law and other side his husband being a public servant for the protection of govt of india revenue agency indulging in croupption. The last information from public sources says Mr S.K mittal arrested Income tax official earning was more than 1 crore every month from unknown sources.The question also arises every that money was coming in same house where justice rekha mittal share the house with her husband why she did not informed such illegal activities in her house.We all know it was not easy to raid a sitting justice house with out permission from chief justice of punjab and haryana high court.
The list is increasing day by day first it was justice Hemant Gupta in PMLA Act with Mittal brothers than Justice sabeena in murder case of sippy sidhu and now Justice Rekha Mittal husband.
Now govt of india must decide how to deal with three sitting high Court justice s?These three judges must either resign or impeached in interest of justice.

Nine senior Income Tax officials in CBI net
In a countrywide operation, CBI has registered a case against nine senior Income Tax officials including Principal Commissioner Income Tax, Delhi S K Mittal and three private persons for allegedly indulging in corrupt practices.
The agency is carrying out searches at 17 locations in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Khammam today.
The agency has registered case against Income Tax officials Mittal, Additional Commissioner (exemption) Bangalore T N Prakash, Deputy Commissioner (Investigation) Chennai S Murali Mohan, Commissioner (audit-2) Chennai Vijayalakshmi, Additional Commissioner Mumbai S Pandian, Commissioner (DR) ITAT Mumbai G Lakshmi Baraprasad, Additional Director General (systems-4) Ghaziabad Vikram Gaur and Additional Director (investigation) Mumbai Rajendra Kumar, CBI sources said.
