नारनौल के सेशन जज अरुण कुमार सिंघल , ADJ रजनीश बंसल,  JMIC ऍम जेड खान, JMIC संदीप चौहान, JMIC रामअवतार पारीक, JMIC अपर्णा भरद्वाज, JMIC सुयाशा जावा ,  महिंदर सिंह सुल्लर रिटायर्ड जज हाई कोर्ट चंडीगढ़, जैसे अपराधिक मानसिकता वाले, षड्यंत्र रचने वाले जज और हाई कोर्ट चंडीगढ़ में फर्जी डिग्री के आधार पर नियुक्ति पाने वाले  जज,  दया चौधरी और अनीता चौधरी जैसी षड्यंत्र में शामिल होकर न्याय की हत्या करने वाले जज मौजूद रहेंगे,...............

नारनौल का जिला सेशन जज अरुण कुमार सिंघल , मेरी और मेरी माता जी की हत्या करवाने के षड्यंत्र में पूरी ताकत ( यानिकि तन, मन , धन, कानूनी, गैर कानूनी हथकंडे के साथ ) से जुटा......
  हमारी हत्या करवाने के लिए नारनौल के जजों, पुलिस, जेल अधिकारीयों पर दबाब बनाने के साथ 2 हाई कोर्ट के जजों को भी सेट किया ।
मुझे गुप्त सूत्रों से पता चला है कि --
हाई कोर्ट चंडीगढ़ के जिन जजों के पास मेरे केस थे ( दया चौधरी और  अनीता चौधरी ) को किसी भी तरह मेरे मुकदमों में , मुझे न्याय न देने का सौदा तय हुआ है।
हाई कोर्ट चंडीगढ़ की जज दया चौधरी की तो नियुक्ति ही गैर कानूनी है और  इसके बारे में मुझे काफी कुछ पता चला है , जो हम अभी यहाँ पर नहीं लिख सकते, ......समझदार लोग समझ ही गए होंगे .......
वरना ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है कि --- इतने स्पष्ट सबूतों के फ़ाइल पर होने, और सारा सच समझ में आ जाने के बावजूद भी ये जज, निचे के जजों को बचाने के लिए , न तो मेरी ट्रान्सफर पेटिशन पर स्टे दिया,  न मेरी माता जी के गलत तरीके से जारी  किये गए गैर जमानती वारंट को जानबूझकर कैंसल नहीं किया ।  और न ही मेरी माता जी की परमानेंट exemption की पेटिशन को लेकर कोई निर्णय दिया, जब कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का ये कहना है कि -- बुजुर्ग, बीमार, विकलांग लोगोँ के मामलों को प्राथमिकता से साथ निपटाया जायेगा, जबकि हमारी एप्लीकेशन को 4 साल से लटका कर रखा है, decide क्यों नहीं .....??? औए हाई कोर्ट की जज अनीता चौधरी भी इस एप्लीकेशन पर आदेश क्यों नहीं दे रही ....??? मतलब स्पष्ट है ,-----  भेंट पहुँच गई । वैसे भी हाई कोर्ट के जज कौन से ईमानदार हैं ...... ???  अगर भृष्ट जज को बचा रहे हैं तो इनका कोई तो स्वार्थ तो होगा ही .......???
और हर साल हाई कोर्ट का जज एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव जज जब अपने जिले में जाता है तो वो 30 लाख से 60 लाख तक रिश्वत लेकर आता है। इसके आलावा जजों के खिलाफ आई शिकायतों पर कार्यवाही नहीं करने की रिश्वत अलग से ....... मिलती है।

हिंदुस्तान की न्यायपालिका ठीक जम्मू और कश्मीर के लोगों की तरह गैर जिम्मेदार बेशर्म और गद्दार है,........ जिस प्रकार जम्मू और कश्मीर के लोगों को पैसा तो हिंदुस्तान से चाहिए,  लेकिन वफ़ादारी पाकिस्तान की करनी है और हिंदुस्तान मुर्दाबाद बोलना है , यानिकि जिसका खाओ , उसी को खोखला करो .......... ठीक उसी तरह जजों को पैसा तो पब्लिक फण्ड से चाहिए, लेकिन जिस पब्लिक के खून पसीने से इक्कट्ठा किये गए पैसे से  इनको वेतन और दूसरी सुविधाएं मिलती है, उसी पब्लिक का खून चूस 2 कर प्रताड़ित कर रहे हैं ।  अब आप ही बताएं ...... कि -- हम सही कह रहे हैं कि .......गलत .....

नारनौल के अतिरिक्त सेशन जज रजनीश बंसल का फर्जीवाड़ा ...............

 क्योकि हम भ्र्ष्टाचार के खलाफ काम कर रहे हैं, तो चोर और भृष्ट लोगों को तकलीफ तो होनी ही थी. रेवाड़ी         के सरकारी हॉस्टिपल में एक कैंटीन है, जोकि एक विकलांग फौजी के नाम से आवंटित है और उसका किराया केवल एक रुपया महीने है. लेकिन उस पर कब्ज़ा,    रेवाड़ी के एक पत्रकार रवि यादव ने अवैध तरीके से कर रखा था.
ऐसे ही सिविल हॉस्पिटल के तत्कालीन भृष्ट सिविल सर्जन डॉक्टर हरी राम यादव के सबूत भी मेरे पास थे .


रेवाड़ी की  एक भृष्ट और बेहद चालक और ड्रामेबाज औरत जोकि प्रोटेक्शन  अफसर टी नीलम शर्मा  वो निर्दोष लोगों को जेल भेजने का डर दिखाकर, घर बसने के नाम पर जमकर अवैध वसूली करती थी .

एक और व्यक्ति थे सतीश मस्तान जिसने रेडक्रॉस रेवाड़ी को लगभग 18 लाख का चुना लगाया .

हमने इनकी शिकायत कर रखी थी.  मैंने इन सब लोगों  के सबूत पकड़ लिए, और समझौता नहीं किया, ........  तो इन्होंने, मुझे प्रतड़ित करने और दबाब बनाने की नियत से मेरे केस में भृष्ट तरीके से, मेरे ससुर किशोरी लाल  से मिलकर, पचास हज़ार उसको दिए और बाकि एक लाख रजनीश बंसल जज को दिया ताकि केस में मेरी माता जी का नाम जोड़ा जा सके .

इस भृष्ट जज रजनीश बंसल ने , अपने आर्डर के पेज नंबर 6 , पर आर्डर  में लिखा कि -- गिरनी देवी के खिलाफ मेडिकल सबूत उपलब्ध है, इसलिए इनका नाम केस में जोड़कर ट्रायल, शुरू किया जाये .


जबकि सबूत साफ़ बोल रहे हैं कि -- केस फाइल में कहीं भी मेडिकल एविडेंस है ही नहीं. ........... अगर थे तो कहाँ गए ..................???     भृष्ट जज रजनीश बंसल ने ऐसा झूठा  दावा किया है. 

 क्या ये काम बिना रिश्वत के हो सकता है. ......................???

क्या आपने कभी ऐसा देखा  या सुना है कि -- आप कोर्ट जज से बात कर रहे हों, और वो जज आप के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी कर दे. ..................??????????

नारनौल कोर्ट में जज,.............   इस तरह फर्जीवाड़े से जारी करते हैं गैर जमानती वारंट ........................

5 साल का बच्चा भी, फर्जी तरीके से गैर जमानती  वारंट करने वाली नारनौल की जज अपर्णा भारद्धाज से ज्यादा समझदार ........

अब आप ही सबूत देख और समझ लें ...............
अभी 15.09.2016  को नारनौल कोर्ट में JMIC अपर्णा भारद्धाज की कोर्ट में मेरी पेशी थी. उस सुबह रात  को चंडीगढ़ से हम आये थे. रेवाड़ी कोर्ट में भी पेशी थी , सुबह साइबर कैफ़े जाकर हमने  Email  से रेवाड़ी कोर्ट की जज को सुचना भेजी. फिर नारनौल के लिए निकल लिए. वहां कोर्ट पहुंचकर, मैंने इस जज साहिबा को बताया कि -- हम सुबह चंडीगढ़ से आ रहे हैं और आज ही रेवाड़ी कोर्ट में भी मेरी तारीख थी. उसकी ईमेल करके हम यहाँ पर आये हैं. और बताया कि - लगभग 30 मिनट में हम एक एप्लीकेशन तैयार करके ला रहे हैं. तो वो बोली -- ठीक है.
थोड़ी देर बाद हम उस जज के पास गए तो वो बोली कि -- अभी तोड़ी देर, बाहर इंतजार कर लो,   अभी बुलवाते हैं.  हम बाहर आ गए . फिर उस कोर्ट से एक सहायक बुलाने आया. और हम कोर्ट में जज से मिले. और ये सारी सच्चाई कोर्ट रूम के बाहर CCTV कैमरा में रिकॉर्ड हो चुकी थी. 
इस जज से हमारी पहली मुलाकात थी. क्योकि पुराने JMIC रामावतार पारीक का कोसली ट्रांसफर हो गया था.     मेरी माता जी के हाई कोर्ट के केस कि कॉपी Enclosure सहित दे दी.  तो ये जज साहिबा बोली कि -- मैं ये एप्लीकेशन नहीं ले सकती. हमने कारण पूछा तो बोली कि - मैंने तो इनके गैर जमानती वारंट, कर दिए हैं और आप के सिग्नेचर नहीं चल सकते ........!!!       आप के  भी गैर जमानती वारंट मैंने कर दिए हैं  हमने कहा कि हम अभी आधा घंटे पहले आप से मिलकर बताकर गए थे . फिर मेरे खिलाफ NBW कैसे किये जा  सकते हैं.    हमने कारण  पूछा तो जज बोली कि -- किसी वकील को बुला लो. और हम बाहर आ गए.

फिर  मैंने अपने पिछले अनुभव को याद किया , जब पहले भी मेरे साथ फर्जी तरीके से गैर जमानती वारंट, जारी करके 4 बार जेल में डाला जा चूका है. क्योकि नारनौल के जिला सेशन जज अरुण कुमार  सिंघल का फर्जीवाड़ा पकड़कर, हमने उसके खिलाफ केस डाल रखे  हैं..         इसीलिए,  नारनौल के जिला सेशन जज अरुण कुमार  सिंघल अपने पद के प्रभाव का इस्तेमाल करके, अपने जूनियर जजों से मेरे मुकदमों में बिना किसी सबूत के फर्जी तरीके से, जेल में डालने के लिए,    गैर जमानती वारंट करवाकर प्रताड़ित कर रहा है.     इस  जिला सेशन जज अरुण कुमार  सिंघल, ने मुझे जान से मारने कि धमकी भी दे रखी है. और मुझे सबक सिखाने के लिए , मेरी माता जी के खिलाफ और मेरे खिलाफ फर्जीवाड़े करके  गैर जमानती वारंट करवाये . और मेरे पीछे सारे जज, पुलिस, जेल , पुलिस , कोर्ट के कर्मचारी को लगा रखा है और फिर भी कोई सबूत नहीं पकड़ सका तो झूठी शिकायत करवाकर, मेरे खिलाफ हाई कोर्ट में झूठे कंटेम्प्ट के केस भी डलवाये, जोकि हम जीत चुके हैं.

इस आर्डर को  13 दिनों तक  वेबसाइट पर डाला ही नहीं गया,  और जब आर्डर की कॉपी मिली तो उसमे झूठे आरोप लगाए गए कि --- मनोज से जब लेट होने का कारण पूछा गया तो वो  इसका जबाब नहीं दे सका . जबकि इस साधारण से सवाल का जबाब देने के लिए किसी विशेष दिमागी दक्षता कि जरुरत नहीं हैं.
दूसरा झूठा आरोप ये लगाया कि -- मनोज कोर्ट रूम में ज्यादा  भीड़ का फायदा उठाकर, पुलिस से हाथ छुड़वाकर भाग गया. जबकि कोर्ट रूम बहुत बड़ा है, उसमे 100 लोग खड़े हो सकते हैं, उस समय कोर्ट में केवल 4 / 5   लोग ही थे. पुलिस वाला न तो मेरे पास आया और न ही कोई ऐसी बात हुई..........  , और हाथ छुड़वाने कि तो कोई घटना ही नहीं घटी.

न हम भागे ................ CCTV कैमरा कि रिकॉर्डिंग को Preserve करने के लिए मैंने उसी दिन ईमेल कर दी थी. जबकि जज का आर्डर 13 दिनों बाद लिखा गया.
और इन जजों ने फर्जीवाड़े करते हुए, घटना के सबूत नष्ट करते हुए,   CCTV कैमरा कि रिकॉर्डिंग को डिलीट भी कर दिया. ऐसा करने कि क्या मजबूरी थी. .................???

I was in High Court Chandigarh for filing of cases. In night around 01:30 AM i reached at Rewari. In morning I sent email for Exemption from Personal Appearance in case of Rewari from Cyber Cafe. Then I left for Narnaul, reached in Court. Met to JMIC Archana Bhardwaj, requested to her and her reader that -- In my case of State v/s Manojj u/s 498-a, I am preparing one application and coming in 15 minutes time. They said - OK. It was around 11 :00 AM . I prepared the letter, and came to Court of Miss Arpana Bhardwaj JMIC. She said -- Just wait out side, we will call you. I came out from Court room. Just after 2/3 Minutes, peon came and asked me to come inside. I went then -- I gave the Letter along with enclosures of 17 pages to Magistrate ( for recall of illegal order of Date 04/08/2016), told brief to her, now she said -- I have issued NBW for Girni Devi. I asked her-- That Just few minutes back I met you, as today I have court date in Rewari as well as in Narnaul and I am coming from Chandigarh. Then She said -- I cannot take this application signed by you, because I have issued Non Bailable Warrants against you also. Then she said-- You call some Advocate for signature on application. I gave thought to earlier experiences, where i was sent in Jail repeatedly, Tortured, even tried to kill me. This time definitely, they will Torture & kill me. So, I came back, decided to write this communication to you as now I am left with no option. Earlier also Non Bailable Warrants were issued on 27/10/2014 ( illegally detained for 10 days), then again Non Bailable Warrants were issued on 25/03/2015 ( illegally detained for 21 days), Again illegally detained on 12/05/2015. This all was done under the illegal influence of Mr. Arun Kumar Singal District Session Judge, Narnaul. Beacuse we had filed criminal complaint against him. He also sent one false complaint of Criminal Court of Contempt against me, which has been dismissed. Then we filed case of appeal in High Court, now LPA filed in High Court Chandigarh. Any how through his contacts, he came to know bout cases against him in High Court. He had also threatened in open court to Finish me and my family members. Complaint dated- 24/06/2015 sent to you. Mr. Arun Kumar Singal District Session Judge, Narnaul, was using his legal, illegal influence, through his Junior Jugdes, to pass illegal orders against me, inspite of Transparent, Crystal Clear proofs. I have also filed case case to transfer my case outside Haryna in High Court. I have also filed cases against Non Bailable warrants issued against Mother by using illegal means (to create Pressure on me, so that under Pressure take back my complaints) in High Court. Now, Mr. Arun Kumar Singal District Session Judge, Narnaul is using his influence of his post through JMIC Archana Bhardwaj, just to put me and my mother in Jail by any means and then get us killed through Hard Core Criminals in Jail and show it as Suicide. Today's issuance of Non Bailable Warrants against me as well as my mother by using Fraud and illegal means are part of that conspiracy/ plan. CCTV Footage is Scientific visual Evidence that will, disclose the Truth of illegal activities of Miss Arpana Bhardwaj JMIC District Court, Narnaul on date -- 15/09/2016 And As per Letter sent by PWD B & R Electrical Division—These CCTV Camera Footage are Stored in System for Last 30 Days And can be reproduced as and when required. As per the Letter sent by High Court, there are no Charges for preserving the CCTV footage of Courts Complex. Still, (as done Earlier, to destroy the Scientific Visual Evidences of the Crime of JMIC M Z Khan, for NBW issued by illegal means on 27/10/2014, and JMIC Sandeep Chauhan along with JMIC M Z Khan for illegal detention of me on 12/05/2015), if these CCTV Footage is Destroyed by Narnaul Court Authorities by any Means, then it shall be the Sole responsibility of Mr. Arun Kumar Singal, District Session Judge, Narnaul. Therefore, in Larger interest of Justice and in Public Interest, You are Requested to take suitable Action, by issuing the Directions to Authorities of District Court, Narnaul, on Urgent basis to Preserve the Above mentioned CCTV Camera Footage, till investigation is over. Then She said -- I cannot take this application signed by you, because I have issued Non Bailable Warrants against you also. Then she said-- You call some Advocate for signature on application. Issuing Non Bailable Warrants against Person, who is present in Court, in front of Judge, with such intention raises many Question mark, which shows How the provision of NBW was being misused in Narnaul Court.? This had happened repeatedly with me. I gave thought to earlier experiences, where i was sent in Jail repeatedly, Tortured, even tried to kill me. This time definitely, they will Torture & kill me. So, I came back, decided to write this communication to you as now I am left with no option. Earlier also Non Bailable Warrants were issued on 27/10/2014 ( illegally detained for 10 days), then again Non Bailable Warrants were issued on 25/03/2015 ( illegally detained for 21 days), Again illegally detained on 12/05/2015. This all was done under the illegal influence of Mr. Arun Kumar Singal District Session Judge, Narnaul. Because we had filed criminal complaint against him. He also sent one false complaint of Criminal Court of Contempt against me, which has been dismissed. Then we filed case of appeal in High Court, now LPA filed in High Court Chandigarh. Anyhow through his contacts, he came to know bout cases against him in High Court. He had also threatened in open court to Finish me and my family members. Complaint dated- 24/05/2015 sent to you. Mr. Arun Kumar Singal District Session Judge, Narnaul, was using his legal, illegal influence, through his Junior Jugdes, to pass illegal orders against me, inspite of Transparent, Crystal Clear proofs. Today's issuance of Non Bailable Warrants against me as well as my mother by using Fraud and illegal means are part of that conspiracy/ plan. Some important Points to be noted in this episode are ----- ---- On 15/09/2016 two orders were passed by JMIC Aprna Bhardwaj. One is claimed to be of 11:30 AM and claimed to Issue Non Bailable Warrants at same Time. She has claimed that None appeared on Behalf of Manojj. --- Second order is claimed to be written at 11:40 AM, she has claimed that -- At that time I appeared in person and filed one application. ( While Truth is that -- I had appeared 3 times before her in Court, on that day. Why shown to be only one time...??? For Details please see Email sent dated --15/09/2016) --- In the 2nd order she also claimed that --- Accused Manojj was specifically asked Question for his Failure to Appear on time, But could not give any Satisfactory Reply. On that day I was coming from Chandigarh, have one more Court date in Rewari Court. Any person does not need any Hard sense to say this simple thing, which Falsely claimed by this so called Learned Magistrate who has claimed Manojj could not give satisfactory answer. Even an illiterate person can answer this simple thing. --- This Magistrate also claimed in order no. 2 that -- Accused was informed of cancellation of his bail, due to non appearnce on time. ASI Inderjeet was directed to take him in Custody. No such event happened, No ASI was called before me. --- This Magistrate also claimed--- That Manojj succeeded in slipping away from Court premised taking Advantage of Heavy rush of Litigants in Court room. Again False and Fabricated claims. At that time only 5 persons were present ( CCTV footage will disclose How much Rush of Litigants was there in Court room at that time ....?? ), surely this can not be called as Heavy rush in Court room. Apart from that --- False claim that Manojj slipped away, I have been arrested 32 times from Prime Minister Office, Other different Prime Locations, Even arrested with Sh. Anna Hazare ji many times, But never run away like Ramdev did in Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi. Whole Nation has seen it, I never run away. Proofs are available with Media. These efforts brought many good changes for Society and Nation, due to these efforts, IrBM law was stopped, which was more dangerous than that of Rape Law. Not only Present, even Future Generations will get benefit of our Struggle. The bitter Truth is that -- These orders were written after, proper planning, preparation of False allegations against me, without any Genuine Proofs. Mr. Arun Kumar Singal, District Session Judge, Narnaul, has prepared this order as per his convenience, to get his purpose solved --- to Finish me and My mother through Hard core criminals in Jail and Show as Suicide. He has also threatened to Finish me, complaint has been sent to High Court regarding this dated --24/05/2015. Since he has contacts with High Court Judges, No action was taken against him, being member of one of the Strong lobby of High Court Judges. These orders are Anti time and Anti dated, prepared with intention to kill us. Earlier also Attempts were made in Narnaul Jail to kill me, letter was sent, but no action was taken, as DSJ Narnaul Arun Kumar Singal was using all Legal, Ethical, Unethical, illegal ways and means to Torture me. These similar activities were also done in Narnaul through JMIC M Z Khan. One more Truth is that -- These orders were prepared atleast after 8/10 days, because This Magistrate kept my case file in her Retiring room for more than one week time. Certified copies could be prepared on 23/09/2016 , because order was not prepared by these Judges. It may also be possiblity that --- These entries in records of Copying Branch were made of 23/09/2016, by using manipulations by creating Pressure on Junior Court Employees. These entries could be backdated. My claims are further supported by fact that -- These orders dated -- 15/09/2016 were not uploaded on Court Website till 28/09/2016. Why these orders were could not be uploaded for more than 13 days ....??? These could be justified Delay of one or Two days. But 13 days delay in uploading of orders, raises many Question marks ....??? These is one very popular saying in Criminal Investigative System that -- Whenever someone tries to be very clever, he or she leaves behind any mark of Truth, in spite of Best cleverness. नारनौल कोर्ट में जज,.............   इस तरह फर्जीवाड़े से जारी करते हैं गैर जमानती वारंट ........................

अभी 15.09.2016  को नारनौल कोर्ट में JMIC अपर्णा भारद्धाज की कोर्ट में मेरी पेशी थी. उस सुबह रात  को चंडीगढ़ से हम आये थे. रेवाड़ी कोर्ट में भी पेशी थी , सुबह साइबर कैफ़े जाकर हमने  Email  से रेवाड़ी कोर्ट की जज को सुचना भेजी. फिर नारनौल के लिए निकल लिए. वहां कोर्ट पहुंचकर, मैंने इस जज साहिबा को बताया कि -- हम सुबह चंडीगढ़ से आ रहे हैं और आज ही रेवाड़ी कोर्ट में भी मेरी तारीख थी. उसकी ईमेल करके हम यहाँ पर आये हैं. और बताया कि - लगभग 30 मिनट में हम एक एप्लीकेशन तैयार करके ला रहे हैं. तो वो बोली -- ठीक है.
थोड़ी देर बाद हम उस जज के पास गए तो वो बोली कि -- अभी तोड़ी देर, बाहर इंतजार कर लो,   अभी बुलवाते हैं.  हम बाहर आ गए . फिर उस कोर्ट से एक सहायक बुलाने आया. और हम कोर्ट में जज से मिले. और ये सारी सच्चाई कोर्ट रूम के बाहर CCTV कैमरा में रिकॉर्ड हो चुकी थी. 
इस जज से हमारी पहली मुलाकात थी. क्योकि पुराने JMIC रामावतार पारीक का कोसली ट्रांसफर हो गया था.     मेरी माता जी के हाई कोर्ट के केस कि कॉपी Enclosure सहित दे दी.  तो ये जज साहिबा बोली कि -- मैं ये एप्लीकेशन नहीं ले सकती. हमने कारण पूछा तो बोली कि - मैंने तो इनके गैर जमानती वारंट, कर दिए हैं और आप के सिग्नेचर नहीं चल सकते ........!!!       आप के  भी गैर जमानती वारंट मैंने कर दिए हैं  हमने कहा कि हम अभी आधा घंटे पहले आप से मिलकर बताकर गए थे . फिर मेरे खिलाफ NBW कैसे किये जा  सकते हैं.    हमने कारण  पूछा तो जज बोली कि -- किसी वकील को बुला लो. और हम बाहर आ गए.

फिर  मैंने अपने पिछले अनुभव को याद किया , जब पहले भी मेरे साथ फर्जी तरीके से गैर जमानती वारंट, जारी करके 4 बार जेल में डाला जा चूका है. क्योकि नारनौल के जिला सेशन जज अरुण कुमार  सिंघल का फर्जीवाड़ा पकड़कर, हमने उसके खिलाफ केस डाल रखे  हैं..         इसीलिए,  नारनौल के जिला सेशन जज अरुण कुमार  सिंघल अपने पद के प्रभाव का इस्तेमाल करके, अपने जूनियर जजों से मेरे मुकदमों में बिना किसी सबूत के फर्जी तरीके से, जेल में डालने के लिए,    गैर जमानती वारंट करवाकर प्रताड़ित कर रहा है.     इस  जिला सेशन जज अरुण कुमार  सिंघल, ने मुझे जान से मारने कि धमकी भी दे रखी है. और मुझे सबक सिखाने के लिए , मेरी माता जी के खिलाफ और मेरे खिलाफ फर्जीवाड़े करके  गैर जमानती वारंट करवाये . और मेरे पीछे सारे जज, पुलिस, जेल , पुलिस , कोर्ट के कर्मचारी को लगा रखा है और फिर भी कोई सबूत नहीं पकड़ सका तो झूठी शिकायत करवाकर, मेरे खिलाफ हाई कोर्ट में झूठे कंटेम्प्ट के केस भी डलवाये, जोकि हम जीत चुके हैं.

इस आर्डर को  13 दिनों तक  वेबसाइट पर डाला ही नहीं गया,  और जब आर्डर की कॉपी मिली तो उसमे झूठे आरोप लगाए गए कि --- मनोज से जब लेट होने का कारण पूछा गया तो वो  इसका जबाब नहीं दे सका . जबकि इस साधारण से सवाल का जबाब देने के लिए किसी विशेष दिमागी दक्षता कि जरुरत नहीं हैं.
दूसरा झूठा आरोप ये लगाया कि -- मनोज कोर्ट रूम में ज्यादा  भीड़ का फायदा उठाकर, पुलिस से हाथ छुड़वाकर भाग गया. जबकि कोर्ट रूम बहुत बड़ा है, उसमे 100 लोग खड़े हो सकते हैं, उस समय कोर्ट में केवल 4 / 5   लोग ही थे. पुलिस वाला न तो मेरे पास आया और न ही कोई ऐसी बात हुई..........  , और हाथ छुड़वाने कि तो कोई घटना ही नहीं घटी.  

न हम भागे ................ CCTV कैमरा कि रिकॉर्डिंग को Preserve करने के लिए मैंने उसी दिन ईमेल कर दी थी. जबकि जज का आर्डर 13 दिनों बाद लिखा गया.
और इन जजों ने फर्जीवाड़े करते हुए, घटना के सबूत नष्ट करते हुए,   CCTV कैमरा कि रिकॉर्डिंग को डिलीट भी कर दिया. ऐसा करने कि क्या मजबूरी थी. .................???

Today's issuance of Non Bailable Warrants against me as well as my mother by using Fraud and illegal means are part of that conspiracy/ plan. Some important Points to be noted in this episode are ----- ---- On 15/09/2016 two orders were passed by JMIC Aprna Bhardwaj. One is claimed to be of 11:30 AM and claimed to Issue Non Bailable Warrants at same Time. She has claimed that None appeared on Behalf of Manojj. --- Second order is claimed to be written at 11:40 AM, she has claimed that -- At that time I appeared in person and filed one application. ( While Truth is that -- I had appeared 3 times before her in Court, on that day. Why shown to be only one time...??? For Details please see Email sent dated --15/09/2016) --- In the 2nd order she also claimed that --- Accused Manojj was specifically asked Question for his Failure to Appear on time, But could not give any Satisfactory Reply. On that day I was coming from Chandigarh, have one more Court date in Rewari Court. Any person does not need any Hard sense to say this simple thing, which Falsely claimed by this so called Learned Magistrate who has claimed Manojj could not give satisfactory answer. Even an illiterate person can answer this simple thing. --- This Magistrate also claimed in order no. 2 that -- Accused was informed of cancellation of his bail, due to non appearnce on time. ASI Inderjeet was directed to take him in Custody. No such event happened, No ASI was called before me. --- This Magistrate also claimed--- That Manojj succeeded in slipping away from Court premised taking Advantage of Heavy rush of Litigants in Court room. Again False and Fabricated claims. At that time only 5 persons were present ( CCTV footage will disclose How much Rush of Litigants was there in Court room at that time ....?? ), surely this can not be called as Heavy rush in Court room. Apart from that --- False claim that Manojj slipped away, I have been arrested 32 times from Prime Minister Office, Other different Prime Locations, Even arrested with Sh. Anna Hazare ji many times, But never run away like Ramdev did in Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi. Whole Nation has seen it, I never run away. Proofs are available with Media. These efforts brought many good changes for Society and Nation, due to these efforts, IrBM law was stopped, which was more dangerous than that of Rape Law. Not only Present, even Future Generations will get benefit of our Struggle. The bitter Truth is that -- These orders were written after, proper planning, preparation of False allegations against me, without any Genuine Proofs. Mr. Arun Kumar Singal, District Session Judge, Narnaul, has prepared this order as per his convenience, to get his purpose solved --- to Finish me and My mother through Hard core criminals in Jail and Show as Suicide. He has also threatened to Finish me, complaint has been sent to High Court regarding this dated --24/05/2015. Since he has contacts with High Court Judges, No action was taken against him, being member of one of the Strong lobby of High Court Judges. These orders are Anti time and Anti dated, prepared with intention to kill us. Earlier also Attempts were made in Narnaul Jail to kill me, letter was sent, but no action was taken, as DSJ Narnaul Arun Kumar Singal was using all Legal, Ethical, Unethical, illegal ways and means to Torture me. These similar activities were also done in Narnaul through JMIC M Z Khan. One more Truth is that -- These orders were prepared atleast after 8/10 days, because This Magistrate kept my case file in her Retiring room for more than one week time. Certified copies could be prepared on 23/09/2016 , because order was not prepared by these Judges. It may also be possiblity that --- These entries in records of Copying Branch were made of 23/09/2016, by using manipulations by creating Pressure on Junior Court Employees. These entries could be backdated. My claims are further supported by fact that -- These orders dated -- 15/09/2016 were not uploaded on Court Website till 28/09/2016. Why these orders were could not be uploaded for more than 13 days ....??? These could be justified Delay of one or Two days. But 13 days delay in uploading of orders, raises many Question marks ....??? These is one very popular saying in Criminal Investigative System that -- Whenever someone tries to be very clever, he or she leaves behind any mark of Truth, in spite of Best cleverness. This is 200% applicable for the Clever, (with Criminal Mentality) Judges like Arun Kumar Singhal, JMIC M Z Khan, JMIC Sandeep Chauhan, JMIC Aprna Bhardwaj, JMIC Suyasha Jawa, JMIC Arun Dabla and others involved in Conspiracy. Only one order of 15/09/2016, has been uploaded on website. Why ....??? This proves that -- in hurry they forget that -- These were two orders. Since last two years, I have caught many such Cleverness of Mr. Arun Kumar Singhal DSJ, Narnaul. They sent False complaints against me of Criminal Contempt. Those cases have been dismissed in High Court. Even Advocates refused to appear in these cases for me. I won this Legal Fight in Person. While applying intelligence, these Magistrates Forget that -- I am capable Person, I have invented Two Medicines. It is not difficult for me to catch their cleverness. If Computer Hard Disk of Court of JMIC Aprna Bhardwaj, District Court, Narnaul ( as this is Vital Scientific Proof , which will disclose the Truth ) is seized by Competetent Authority without any Prior information and Proper enquiry is done in Fair manner. This will Expose the Truth, of False claims made by JMIC Aprna Bhardwaj. I have also sent Request to Preserve the CCTV footage through Email dated--Thursday, 15 Sep 2016 17:03:50 IST, sent on name of Chief Justice. These are Scientific Visual Evidences, that will Expose the Frauds And Conspiracy of these Judges. Therefore, in larger Public Interest, to control the Frauds & illegal activities of Judge, to Stop Brutal Murder of Justice by Judge for Selfish Gains. And to Retain the Credibility of Courts & Faith of Common Man on Judiciary. You are sincerely requested to take necessary action for the sake of Justice to people in Need.
